How to Measure Yourself
Chest
Use a soft tape measure, thread it under your armpit and around your back, then over the thickest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure comfortably snug, with your elbows pointing downward. Once you have positioned the tape measure, take a deep breath, exhale, and let the tape settle into a comfortable position that is not too tight. If you end up on a half cm, round up.
Waist
Use a soft tape measure, wrap it around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Place one finger between the tape and your body to find a comfortable fit for you.
Hips
Use a soft tape measure, wrap it around yourself at the widest part of your hips, about 8-10 cm above the crotch, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Inseam / Inner Leg
Measure from the crotch down to the ankle bone. You can measure pants that fit you well by measuring from the middle of the crotch along the seam on the inside of the leg to the bottom of the hem.
